Based in London

Overview

We are currently seeking a Fleet Project Coordinator to assist in supporting enhancing cross functional and departmental efficiencies. Based in London, this position involves collaboration with different departments including Fleet Performance, Technical and innovation team to manage data in helping to navigate the latest international maritime regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and refine well-structured databases that capture essential technical and administrative information with commercial significance
  • Present and update key stakeholders on database insights, action items, and progress, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professional formatting
  • Collaborate with Technical Managers to identify, investigate, and prevent vessel performance issues
  • Record and track vessel performance interventions with precision across the fleet
  • Establish and communicate technical performance risks and corresponding mitigation strategies for each vessel
  • Liaise with internal teams and third-party partners to develop tools that enhance analysis and support improved commercial performance outcomes
  • Review data flows and structures regularly to support internal departments
  • Prepare and deliver routine performance reports
Requirements
  • At least a qualified Fourth Engineer , or a Naval Architect, or equivalent degree holder in marine / navigation / engineering
  • At least 2-3 years ’ experience in a similar position with a proven track record of success
  • Strong technical knowledge of engineering and vessel performance
  • Proven experience in Project Management and data coordination
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with different key stakeholders
  • Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
