Job summary
A well-established mechanical services company is seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator & Project Manager to drive the development of its mechanical division. The role involves managing contracts, preparing tenders, and ensuring health & safety standards. Ideal candidates will possess relevant mechanical engineering qualifications, strong IT and interpersonal skills, and a flexible working approach. - Time-served mechanical engineer with broad knowledge of domestic and commercial mechanical systems.
- Unvented Hot Water Storage Systems certification required.
- Domestic and Commercial Gas qualifications.
- Good understanding of health & safety and environmental legislation.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure new tender opportunities.
- Prepare accurate tender submissions and quotations.
- Manage contracts, including procurement and control of labour and materials.
- Support accreditation requirements and assist with health & safety.
