We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to own the end-to-end product strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of our technology supporting our Kiosk and mobile platforms, covering the roadmap, backlog management, releases, adoption, and production KPIs. The role involves working with senior business stakeholders and product owners to ensure overall alignment with the business and Technology strategy.

This is a hands-on product leadership role — ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex system integrations, managing third-party vendors, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders around a shared roadmap. You will lead planning and management of change across platforms, collaborating with teams across the Commercial Tower, Hotels and Restaurants Tower, and Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams to drive value across Whitbread.

• Managing our hotels & restaurants Kiosk and mobile platforms, including roadmap, backlog, releases, adoption, and KPIs. Collaborating with senior stakeholders to align with business and tech strategies.
• Leading change management across platforms, working with various teams to ensure value delivery across Whitbread.
• Ensuring requirements are well-defined and implementation is scheduled and delivered efficiently, managing relationships with key suppliers and support teams.
• Overseeing quality assurance to meet high standards of reliability and performance, providing technical guidance to development teams.

• Experience in end-to-end delivery and ownership of platform-level products.
• Proven track record in release management and stakeholder collaboration across IT and People teams.
• Experience managing mobile platforms and in-hotel/in-store technologies.
• Strong background in system implementations, especially third-party integrations and vendor timelines.
• Technical proficiency in relevant technologies (cloud, databases, web frameworks).
• Ability to work with technical teams and make impactful product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical requirements.
