- Lead the Product Department, managing product strategy, development, and lifecycle across all markets
- Own and deliver the product roadmap, from concept and business case through to launch and optimisation
- Drive new product development and re-engineering projects, ensuring technical feasibility, quality, and sustainability
- Manage and develop the product team, setting objectives, balancing workloads, and fostering collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and international suppliers to align product priorities
- Monitor commercial performance, pricing, margins, and KPIs to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met

- Experience working with international suppliers, ideally including China-based sourcing
- Familiarity with PIM/ERP systems, technical documentation, and interpreting drawings/specifications
