Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager / Wimbledon, SW London and Byfleet, Surrey / Full Time

MBR Dental are currently assisting two dental practices located in Wimbledon, SW London and Byfleet, Surrey to recruit a Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager to join their teams on a fixed term basis.

• Immediate start with notice periods taken into consideration.
• Manage both practices located in Wimbledon and Byfleet.
• Carry out management duties to ensure effective growth, development and running of the practices, including marketing, staff development, HR & recruitment, compliance, managing KPI’s & P&L’s & supporting clinicians to achieve their goals.
• Deliver and source staff training / development for the practice teams & be able to manage conflict.
• Be patient oriented, self-motivated and an inspirational team leader.
• Operate across two independent dental practices with general dentists, specialists, and hygienists.

• Independent dental practices.
• Practice Manager required on a one year fixed term contract.
• Full time opportunity, 40 hours per week.
• Flexible working pattern.
• £40k per annum, depending on experience.
• Potential for the role to become permanent in the future.
• Dental software: Dentally.
• Parking available at Byfleet practice only.

All candidates will ideally have previous dental practice management experience to be considered. GDC registration is desirable.
