Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of practice environments, ideally in a Veterinary, GP or Dental practice.
• Experience in driving strong commercial performance through effective financial management.
• Experience of managing and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client care and monitor client feedback.
• Work closely with the Lead Vet to maximize commercial performance.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage the practice rotas for optimum service levels.
• Set up the team for success through effective recruitment.
