You’ll be joining a growing residential developer where planning is genuinely valued. You’ll have ownership of your sites, early involvement in land decisions, and a real say in shaping planning strategy across the region.

• Planning has a seat at the table from day one
• You’ll work on well-backed, deliverable residential schemes
• Close collaboration with Land, Technical and Commercial teams
• Freedom to run your sites, not just manage applications

• Lead planning strategy across multiple residential developments
• Manage planning applications, reserved matters and amendments
• Support land bids with planning insight and risk assessment
• Build strong relationships with local authorities and consultants

• Experience in residential planning (developer, housebuilder or consultancy)
• A practical, commercially aware approach to securing consent
• Someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy and seeing schemes through
