Job summary

A leading food production firm is seeking a Production Scheduler to join their team in Hull. The role involves creating daily production plans, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and improving factory operations. Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. This position offers a 4am to 4pm shift on a 4 on 4 off basis and is perfect for someone with a good work ethic. Salary details will be discussed during the interview.

  • Ensure legal, food safety and customer requirements are met.
  • Create day-to-day production/mixing plans.
  • Make plans reflective of deadlines and efficiency.
  • Input orders and stocks.
  • Assist the Planning Manager with daily reports.
  • Look for ways to continuously improve the factory.
  • Maintain relationships with other departments.

An exiting opportunity has arisen for a Production Scheduler to join the Lazenby Planning Team

Shift: The role will be 4am – 4pm on a 4 on 4 off basis

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, has a good work ethic and will adhere to achieve the high standards set within the company

Main duties include (but not limited to):

As a Production Scheduler you will be responsible for the following

  • Ensure that all statutory Legal, Food Safety and customer requirements are met
  • Creation of the day-to-day production/mixing plans
  • Making sure plans are reflective of deadlines and are the most efficient they can be
  • Inputting of orders and stocks
  • Assist the Planning Manager with any daily reports
  • Look for ways to continuously improve the factory
  • Maintain our very good relationship with other departments
