Job summary

A residential development firm in the East Midlands is looking for a Planning professional to lead planning strategy across multiple residential developments. You will have the opportunity to influence decision-making, manage applications, and build strong relationships with local authorities. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential planning and a practical, commercially aware approach to securing planning consent. This role offers autonomy and the chance to see projects through from start to finish.
