• Will lead curriculum development through conversation with the Deputy Headteacher and subject leads.
• Understands and closely manages the school’s finances and resources. Has strategic vision for our continued growth and excellence, for example, in the potential for WNA to become a recognised centre of excellence for Outdoor Learning education in the UK.
