We’re on the lookout for a Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly and fast-paced team at Pertemps Recruitment Group in Lincoln. If you’re confident, people-focused, and ready to take your career up a gear, we’d love to hear from you!
You’ll be working closely with our clients to find the right people for the right roles and keep everything running smoothly. From interviewing, arranging assessments, planning work schedules and new business development, to building strong relationships with clients and candidates, you’ll be right at the heart of it all.
- You’ve got great communication skills and enjoy working with people
