Join our dynamic Shared Service Centre team as a Payroll Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate and efficient payroll services across Northern Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, partnering with HR, Finance, and external providers to ensure compliance and excellence in payroll operations. What You'll do
  • Responsible for processing end to end payroll for an entity within Northern Europe (GB, SE, IE, FI, DK)
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate recording of payroll transactions
  • Provide specialist pay advice to business partners and senior managers
  • Act as the daily point of contact for payroll-related queries
  • Partner with HR, ADP, and local finance teams to deliver best-in-class payroll processes
  • Liaise with the wider finance team to provide reports as required
  • Work with the payroll provider to ensure data is accurate and always correct
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for payroll processes and procedures
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong payroll experience, ideally including international payroll processing.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • High levels of attention to detail when working with large volumes of data
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proactive approach with enthusiasm for process improvement.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Working towards or completed CIPP (desirable)
