Qualifications

• Confident with payroll processes and committed to customer service.
• Ability to prioritise work effectively and remain calm under pressure.
• Experience processing payroll accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Keying, checking, and processing payroll input.
• Producing and validating monthly client reports.
• Managing client queries in a friendly and professional manner.

Skills

Strong understanding of payroll legislation

Working knowledge of statutory deductions

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills

Education

GCSE level including Maths and English

CIPP qualification or equivalent
