• Year 1: £40,000 – £50,000 OTE
• Year 2: £50,000 – £60,000 OTE
• Year 3: £60,000 – £80,000+ OTE

• At least 1 year’s recruitment experience with proven billing success
• Strong B2B sales background with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
• Natural ability to build long-term, consultative client relationships
