A multi-award-winning independent firm is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager for their Cheltenham office. The role involves managing a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering tax advice, and supporting the tax team. Our client is a multi-award winning, large independent firm with an established tax team. They deal with a diverse clientele that ranges from dynamic OMB's to large corporate groups. As part of their expansion they seek a Corporate Tax Manager to work from their Cheltenham office. Day to day your role would include:
• Managing a client portfolio providing both corporate tax compliance, tax accounting and planning advice.
• Assisting with the management of the tax team workload and personnel.
• Supporting tax partners on a number of varied advisory projects including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and complex investigations.
• Building and maintaining tax relationships with corporate clients whilst providing a high level of client service.
• Managing the successful delivery of tax advice, ensuring technical excellence and a commercial approach.
