Residential Conveyancing Lawyer - Lyme Regis

Are you an experienced Conveyancing Lawyer looking for your next challenge? This is a fantastic chance to join a growing, forward-thinking legal team in Dorset, where you'll play a key role in delivering top-quality conveyancing services.

You'll manage a varied portfolio of residential conveyancing matters, ensuring expert client support while maintaining the highest professional standards. While commercial conveyancing experience is beneficial, it's not essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling a diverse range of residential property transactions with precision and efficiency.
  • Offering clear, practical legal advice to clients and colleagues within the team.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering outstanding service.


Requirements:

  • A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of two years' PQE or FCILEx/Licensed Conveyancer status.
  • Experienced in residential conveyancing and confident in handling transactions independently.
  • Ideally familiar with commercial conveyancing, though this is not a requirement.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
