This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join a successful team at the firm's Colchester office in Essex.

You will handle a broad range of conveyancing work, including:

• Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages
• Voluntary registrations

• 1+ years PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
• Good technical knowledge and experience in conveyancing from instruction to completion
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build good working relationships
