Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate

We’re looking for a Senior Legal Counsel (Investments) to support a newly established Investments division, created to drive value across a portfolio of strategic assets and joint ventures across telco, infrastructure, and innovation.

About the Role:

• Act as Senior legal advisor on high-value corporate and joint venture matters.
• Work closely with the Investments Director, Group GC, and external partners.
• Provide expert counsel on governance, risk, and dispute resolution
• Influence board-level decisions and lead legal strategy across multiple geographies

You’ll Support Investments In:

• Telco (e.g., JVs in Europe, Australia, and India)
• Infrastructure (e.g., fibre and towers across Europe and Asia)
• Innovation (e.g., space tech, digital platforms)
• A strategic legal thinker with proven M&A and post-deal experience
• Expertise in telecoms or tech sectors
• A strong track record leading legal teams and influencing senior stakeholders
• Significant in-house or top-tier firm experience
