Associate Solicitor – Defendant EL/PL | Leeds / Hybrid | £40,000 – £55,000

A leading Defendant insurance firm is seeking an ambitious Associate Solicitor (0–3 PQE) to join its expanding Employers’ and Public Liability team in Leeds.

Working alongside market-leading partners and senior lawyers, you’ll handle a broad caseload of Defendant personal injury claims for corporate and London market insurer clients. The work includes complex, high-value and multi-track EL/PL matters, with early exposure to serious and catastrophic injury and property damage claims.

This is an outstanding opportunity to develop your skills within a Tier 1 Defendant insurance practice, offering genuine support, structured training, and clear progression as part of a collaborative national team.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX (0–3 PQE) with experience in Defendant or Claimant personal injury.
