Job summary
A luxury family-run hotel in Holt is seeking a Duty Manager to manage daily operations and ensure high service levels. The ideal candidate will have previous hospitality experience and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. This role includes responsibilities across various departments, addressing guest issues, and training staff. We offer competitive pay, tips, training opportunities, and use of leisure facilities. A local candidate with transport is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Day to day management of the hotel.
- Assist in all departments as needed.
- Ensure high levels of service are consistently delivered.

- Follow Health & Safety procedures.
- Train and monitor staff performance.
