Job summary
A growing entertainment and amusement business is seeking a Head of Operations to support the Head of Operations. This senior service-led role involves operational excellence, client satisfaction, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of arcade engineering experience and a strong account management background. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, overseeing operational performance, and leading teams to deliver exceptional service. Open to candidates across the UK, with remote options for exceptional applicants.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years’ experience as an Arcade Engineer, followed by several years in Account Management.
- Strong service-led account management background (non-sales focused).
- Proven people management and leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and retain a portfolio of key customer accounts.
- Analyse account performance and service metrics.
- Lead and develop operational teams.
