YOUR ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced and skilled Warehouse Solution Design Engineer at our customers' automotive site based in Solihull.
This role involves linking all onsite material planning and logistics activities in line with CEVA functional teams to deliver project requirements. You will respond and effectively plan for changes in the supply chain caused by demand variances, costs, or customer challenges.
This pivotal role will be based at our Solihull operation, Monday to Friday. Flexibility in working hours and days may be required depending on project needs, including weekend work.

Reporting to the Senior Planning Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You should have proven experience working within a warehouse planning or solutions design role, with experience in designing and deploying operational improvements and projects. A strong understanding of operational layouts and warehousing or production environments, ideally within a fast-paced and changing environment, is essential.
You must be an excellent communicator and problem-solver, with a keen interest in continuous improvement, LEAN methodologies, or solutions design. Building effective working relationships at all levels, with a strong customer focus, and being confident in preparing and presenting statistical reports, data analytics, and operational plans are required. Proficiency in MS packages and software is necessary.
Experience with AutoCAD or MTM software is desirable but not essential.
