As a Lead Control Systems Engineer, you'll lead the development, implementation, and support of industrial control system solutions across a broad range of technologies. You'll work on Mitsubishi and non-OEM platforms, including gas and steam turbines, generators, and auxiliary systems. From cybersecurity upgrades to digital transformation, your work will be key to ensuring the performance, safety, and reliability of mission‑critical energy assets.
You’ll also mentor a team of talented engineers, act as a technical point of contact for customers, and drive the delivery of innovative solutions - including Mitsubishi's flagship TOMONI digital platform.
This is a high-impact role for an experienced engineer who combines technical depth with team leadership ability, a customer‑first mindset, and a passion for problem‑solving in critical environments., Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent experience).
