Qualifications

Overview

A co-educational specialist residential college of further education based in the English city of Hereford. Catering for around 100 students and teachers. We offers a Delivered breakfast, lunch and Supper. This is a Monday to Sunday operation with lots of hospitality. Additional benefits of this location is free parking and discounted gym membership for on-site facilities.

Responsibilities
  • To work well in a team producing the best barista coffee for staff and visitors
  • Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
  • Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
  • Ensure that all retail items are stocked and rotated regularly
  • Set up of location in the mornings for daily operation
  • Manage payments and any cash handling.
  • Daily stock takes of products available
  • Excellent customer service
  • An all-round team player
  • Barista experience essential
  • Personable, good sense of humour, fun.
Qualifications / Competencies

Knowledge / competencies: Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English. Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills. Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred
