Due to ongoing growth and success, they are now looking for a Sales & Event Manager to join their thriving team. This is a truly unique opportunity with the chance to deliver some incredible events.

The Role

As Sales & Event Manager this role is varied and will be responsible for the conversion of enquiries, overall creation and delivery of a broad portfolio of events. The Sales & Event Manager duties include:

  • Converting incoming enquiries into confirmed briefs
  • Interpreting briefs and developing creative responses
  • Proposal preparation & pitching to win projects
  • Building and managing client relationships
  • Event design, theming & mood-boarding
  • Managing private and corporate events end to end
  • Coordinating suppliers including catering, florists, etc.
  • Advising on technical solutions and working closely with the warehouse team
  • Managing the install and delivery of events onsite
  • Preparing and managing budgets
The Candidate

The ideal candidate will come from an established Sales & Event Manager role ideally from within an environment where they are delivering a portfolio of luxury events for corporate and/or HNWI clients. Individuals must have a proven experience in reactive sales showcasing the ability to convert a brief enquiry into a confirmed project. Candidates must also be able to manage the event from the creative concept development phase through to onsite install. Candidates from an agency, venue, or event supplier may be considered.
