We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Business Administrator to support our Sales, Operations, and Finance teams. This pivotal role reports to the Head of Finances & Operations and requires an experienced professional to ensure efficient sales administration, smooth internal processes, and accurate financial reporting.
Minimum 3+ years experience in office management, business administration, or operations, preferably within manufacturing or retail sectors. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Exact) is essential; experience with audit platforms (e.g., SEDEX) is highly desirable. Familiarity with cloud-based tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Teams, Trello) is also advantageous.
