Operations Administrator - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
Annual Salary: £34,403 (£14.70 per hour)
Shift pattern: Any 5 from 7, Rotating Shift Pattern (including weekends)
Start times rotate from 06:00 to 09:00 / Finish times rotate from 15:30 to 18:30
45 Hours per week

We’re currently looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join us at our depot in Reading. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a role with lots of variety where you can expand upon your office administration skills within a supportive team. This is a busy role and no 2 days will be the same!

In this role, you’ll be the vital link between the operations, warehouse, and stock teams—ensuring seamless communication and support to keep everything in our Depot running smoothly. Working alongside a collaborative team of colleagues, you'll tackle a variety of office tasks, from reviewing documents and managing paper‑based systems to using specialised software. You'll also play a key role in creating Excel‑based charts and tables, maintaining quality control for reports and documentation, and stepping in to support warehouse operations when needed.

To thrive in this role, you should have prior office experience and strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office. Familiarity with SAP or D365 would be a plus. A keen eye for detail is essential to maintain high levels of accuracy, along with excellent organisational skills to manage your workload efficiently. Strong communication skills will be key in building and maintaining great working relationships.
