A recruitment partner in construction based in Bristol or Taunton is seeking a Recruitment Administrator. Responsibilities include managing compliance processes, supporting internal audits, and liaising with candidates and clients. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our team, based in either our Bristol or Taunton office. This is a key support role within a busy recruitment environment, providing administrative, compliance, and reporting support across both offices.
Working closely with our Account Managers and reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and compliant running of the recruitment function. Your responsibilities will include :

The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Previous experience in an administrative, compliance, or recruitment role (desirable but not essential)
