Job summary

The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our team, based in either our Bristol or Taunton office. This is a key support role within a busy recruitment environment, providing administrative, compliance, and reporting support across both offices.

Working closely with our Account Managers and reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and compliant running of the recruitment function. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Managing weekly timesheets, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met
  • Supporting and maintaining compliance processes (right to work checks, documentation, audits)
  • Managing compliance records and supporting internal and external audits
  • Logging new job vacancies and maintaining accurate system records
  • Producing regular reports for the Area Manager and wider business
  • Managing and resolving complaints in line with company procedures
  • General office administration and day-to-day support
  • Supporting Account Managers across the Bristol and Taunton offices
  • Liaising with candidates, clients, and internal teams as required
About You

You’ll be organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, office‑based environment. You’ll also bring :

  • Excellent telephone manner and confident communication skills
  • A roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude with a willingness to get stuck in
  • The ability to work with initiative, managing tasks independently when needed
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good IT skills (MS Office and internal systems)

The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Previous experience in an administrative, compliance, or recruitment role (desirable but not essential)
