A construction firm in the East Midlands seeks an apprentice to provide customer service support. The role includes answering calls, booking fleet servicing, and assisting with payroll and office administration tasks. This is a 12-month intermediate apprenticeship with working hours from Monday to Friday, providing an excellent opportunity for skill development in a supportive environment.
This apprenticeship involves answering calls, booking fleet servicing and accommodation, assisting with payroll, typing and printing documents, filing, and raising purchase orders to support field operations and office administration.
Course: Customer service practitioner (level 2)
Level: 2
Route: Sales, marketing and procurement
Apprenticeship Level: Intermediate
Working Week: Monday to Thursday, 9am - 4:30pm. Friday, 9am to 2:30pm.
Expected Duration: 12 Months
