A community support organization is seeking an Accommodation Coordinator in Greater London to manage accommodation requests for individuals on probation. The Accommodation Coordinator will be responsible for processing referrals for people in probation leaving prison, ensuring timely and accurate handling of accommodation requests. The role involves reviewing referrals, drafting and issuing correspondence, and maintaining regular communication via email with internal teams and external partners. You will work confidently across Microsoft platforms to update records, manage bed-space reports, and handle sensitive data in line with information-sharing and confidentiality requirements. Although allocation decisions are made elsewhere, you will be responsible for updating internal systems, to reflect placements and changes. The post also requires completing risk assessments; comprehensive training will be provided, but candidates must be comfortable assessing and managing risk within a criminal justice setting.
