Atmac Construction Ltd, a growing civil and construction company based in Beragh, Co. Tyrone, is seeking an organised and reliable Office Administrator to support our Accounts and Commercial teams and assist with the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • General office administration including calls, emails, filing, and scheduling
  • Support Accounts and Commercial teams with invoicing, purchase orders, timesheets, and documentation
  • Manage and maintain company software packages and office systems
  • Assist with project and compliance documentation
  • Ensure company processes and procedures are adhered to at all times
About You
  • Previous experience in an office administration role (construction experience an advantage)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and business software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
