The home offers both permanent and respite placements and provides care for a range of needs including older adults, younger adults, autism, COPD, stroke recovery, and end-of-life care.

About the Role
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, leading a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. The service has capacity for up to 15 residents, allowing you to focus on individual support rather than high-volume management.
This is a hands-on management role where you'll be involved in everything from staffing and training to compliance and care planning.
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from applicants who:
Have solid management experience in a nursing or specialist care setting
Have specific experience supporting people with learning disabilities
Are confident managing teams and running a service to a high standard
Have a stable work history - we're looking for someone who's reliable and committed, not moving from job to job
Hold (or are working towards) NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
