A national healthcare provider is looking for a Huntington's Disease Specialist Nurse to support high-quality care across various homes. This role demands a proactive individual with nursing registration and a minimum of two years' experience in a specialist nurse role, particularly with Huntington's Disease. Huntington’s Disease Specialist Nurse
Across all Exemplar Health Care homes, national role
40 hours per week, predominately Monday to Friday but must be flexible
£57,000 per annum, plus £3,000 car allowance

As a key member of our Clinical Team, you’ll work closely with our Clinical Director, to play a central role in elevating the standard of care for people living with Huntington’s Disease (HD) across our homes.

As a Huntington’s Disease Specialist Nurse with Exemplar Health Care, you’ll act in a proactive manner to support our homes to provide and our care via a systematic, coordinated and coaching approach.
No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

You must also have a first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.
As this is a high level, strategic role, you should have a minimum of two years’ experience in a specialist nurse role and extensive experience and knowledge of Huntington’s Disease.
