Insight Employment is seeking Warehouse Operatives to work for a reputable non-profit charity based in Milton Keynes.

You will be working in a dynamic environment. Your main responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative include picking, packing, loading, and unloading items, primarily clothing, but also other goods.

• Working efficiently to meet deadlines
• Paying close attention to detail
• Maintaining physical fitness
• Communicating effectively in English, both written and spoken
• Understanding and adhering to health and safety procedures
• Performing additional duties as required within the warehouse

• Proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude
• Customer-focused mindset
• Disciplined work ethic, capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
• Open to new ways of working and process improvements
• Self-aware, resilient, optimistic, and adaptable to change
• Strong focus on health and safety, reporting incidents and potential issues
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills
• Punctual and reliable

Monday - Friday, 08:00 am - 4:00 pm

£12.60 per hour

Temp to perm positions are available for suitable candidates.
