Shumaker primarily services Central PA and the immediate areas.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with the following experience and qualifications:

• Experience developing comprehensive live event plans including related schematics, work plans and resource needs.
• Has coordinated the ordering and receipt of purchases and rentals from vendors.
• Experience managing the day-to-day operational aspects of projects.
• Able to lead projects in the field.
• Demonstrates a well-rounded background - a focus on lighting and/or video production is preferred.
• Possess the abilities to work in a collaborative environment and to flex with scheduling changes.
• Communicates effectively and professionally with a variety of people, and is comfortable discussing issues as they arise whether they be with team members or clients.
• Is organized with an attention to detail.
• Is able to anticipate and solve problems.
• Recognizes that organization and time management are key in order to create and maintain schedules, meet deadlines, and keep jobs running on schedule in line with our standards.

This position requires evening and weekend work.
