Job summary

A leading behavioral health service provider in Reading is seeking a school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments and develop behavioral support strategies. The role involves collaboration within a team and training staff. Candidates must have a Master's degree and BCBA certification. Competitive pay ranges from $75-$79 per hour, based on experience, in addition to a sign-on bonus.

Job description

Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), working in partnership with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU). Be part of a supportive team making a meaningful impact in the lives of students!

Sign on bonus
  • Eligible to BCBAs in ACS that are *hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours.
  • Bonus of $2,500: 1st installment is after the first billable service. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire.
Summary
  • The school-based Behavior Analyst / BCBA position is $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience as a BCBA (independent contractor / 1099)
  • 10 month academic calendar year, 37.5 hours per week

Primary Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results.
  • Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions.
  • Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming.
  • Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed.
  • Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals.
  • Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity.
Skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extensive skills in behavioral assessment and positive behavior support plan development.
  • Extensive knowledge of data analysis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team atmosphere.
  • Experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities.

  • TB screening - current within 3 months

*Bonus will be issued if the new hire commits to 25 billable hours, if that is not achieved in 90 days, the second installment will not be provided.

*The school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA is an independent contract (1099) position. No benefits are associated with this role.
