Description du poste

Join our UK & Ireland team at Dassault Systèmes as a Partner Sales Manager in our UK&I Channel Sales organization. You will be fostering Client and Partner relationships, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring the best customer experience. With focus on our SOLIDWORKS and 3DEXPERIENCE Platform solutions, you will be working with end-to-end joint engagements with the Partner(s). Collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders will be crucial for achieving revenue target and growth objectives of the territory. The role can be based in our offices in Warwick, Hammersmith or Cambridge and is part of a hybrid working model.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Be a customer-facing advocate on key opportunities with the Partner to articulate the 3DS value proposition in front of clients;
  • Co-design the go-to-market strategy with the Partner to support, guide, and provide sales and client data insights, ensuring alignment with Dassault Systèmes' growth strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Partner to formulate the 3-Year Business/Transformation and Investment Plan and the 1-Year Development Plan for new markets and industries.
  • Work with the Partner to create the revenue sourcing and contribute to the co-marketing plan, reviewing the pipeline and actions on a weekly basis.
  • Drive Partner development plans to generate growth based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure that the Partner has the necessary certifications to sell the portfolio.
  • Manage forecast and pipeline KPIs; monitor KPIs for lead turnaround time / Sales Accepted Leads; organise and facilitate quarterly governance and performance review meetings with Partners to evaluate progress and provide recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in either commercial or business related subjects, or engineering, preferred
  • Proven experience within partner sales management, supporting large partners/clients with significant transaction volumes and complex processes, demonstrating significant client program success.
  • Solid experience in selling Cloud and SaaS solutions for international or large companies in UK and Ireland market
  • Direct experience of implementing sales strategy and forging strong relationships with Partners and Customers.
  • Working knowledge/experience of 3DS products would be advantageous for the role
