My client is a recognised brand name in heavy-side building materials.

This company has successfully mastered multiple routes to market, direct to site, specification and distribution.

The role of National Sales Manager will focus on the national and regional house builders.

The team is well established and will consist of one key account manager and six area sales managers covering the UK.

This role focuses on their two key products that are delivered to site on a volume basis.

The role of National Sales Manager
  • Develop and implement sales strategy: Create and execute national sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.

  • Lead and manage a sales team: Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives to meet and exceed sales goals.

  • Manage sales cycle: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial appraisal to the final completion of a sale.

  • Build customer relationships: Manage relationships with national housebuilder customers and drive business growth by converting inquiries into orders.

  • Achieve sales targets: Ensure that the business unit's sales targets are met and consistently exceeded.

  • Collaborate with other departments: Work with product development, operations, and marketing teams to align sales activities
