The National Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of seven business development professionals targeting the pharmaceutical and medical device markets. They will lead, motivate, recruit, train and develop their team to ensure all commercial targets are met and exceeded. The role may initially see the appointed person retains some direct sales responsibility for key accounts depending on the seniority of the appointed candidate. Reporting to the Head of Sales and working closely with the Commercial team, this role involves strategic planning, client engagement, and ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
