A dynamic music PR agency is seeking a passionate A&R Outbound Sales Representative to discover and nurture new musical talent. This remote, freelance role involves pitching PR services and managing artist relationships. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of sales experience and a strong passion for music. The position offers uncapped commissions and a flexible work environment.

We are seeking a passionate and driven A&R Outbound Sales Representative to join our team on a remote, freelance (self-employed) basis. In this role, you will be at the forefront of discovering and nurturing new musical talent, helping them navigate their PR journeys. A love for music is essential, and while familiarity with the music industry is preferred, it is not mandatory.
