Position

Online Marketing/Social Media Creative Marketing Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and updating records and database.
• Managing Mail Chimp marketing promotions.
• Updating website and e-commerce.
• Managing Facebook, Instagram and other social media.
• Assisting with a variety of office admin tasks.
• Handling customer service for music products.
• Supporting music contracts and artwork notes.
• Handling scheduling and all day‑to‑day office admin.

Qualifications and Skills

• Confident, responsible, organised, reliable, accurate.
• Attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Excellent IT skills and knowledge of MS Windows applications.
• Knowledge of all social media applications and promotion of company profiles and music products.
• Self‑disciplined time management, able to work on own initiative and as part of a small team.
• Some proven experience and qualifications required (in‑house training will be given).

Other Requirements

Candidate residency location and travel preferably not more than 30 minutes away from the offices in London NW1.
