- Understand and implement safeguarding and health and safety policies.
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
- Experience working with children in an early years setting.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong observational and assessment skills.
- Enhanced DBS check and first aid certification preferred.
