  • Deliver enhanced services to meet patient needs and optimise practice income.
  • Comply with all practice policies and guidelines, including prescribing, confidentiality, data protection, health and safety, and annual QOF requirements.
About Us

We are a friendly, forward‑thinking GP practice serving approximately 7,500 patients in the Boughton Heath area of Chester. Our dedicated clinical team—comprising GPs, Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs) and Practice Nurses—provides high‑quality, patient‑centred care and consistently achieves excellent QOF results.

As part of the Chester East Primary Care Network (PCN), we work collaboratively with three other practices to enhance services and develop our workforce. Through the PCN, we benefit from a multidisciplinary team including Care Coordinators, Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, a Mental Health Practitioner, Social Prescribing Link Workers and Wellbeing Coordinators, all supporting both patients and staff to deliver the best possible care.

We are proud to contribute to the training of future healthcare professionals. Our practice regularly hosts 5th‑year medical students and undergraduate nursing trainees, working closely with our PCN partners to provide a supportive learning environment.
