Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging educational activities that foster children's development.
  • Monitor, assess, and record children's progress and development.
  • Support the planning and preparation of the learning environment.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and other staff members.
  • Understand and implement safeguarding and health and safety policies.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
  • Experience working with children in an early years setting.
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong observational and assessment skills.
  • Enhanced DBS check and first aid certification preferred.
