Qualifications

• Provide day-to-day leadership support to the team.
• Manage referrals and allocation of work for the recovery team.
• Support staff with clinical and managerial supervision.
• Collaborate with local authority and partner agencies.
• Contribute to treatment pathways and therapeutic interventions.
• Conduct investigations and participate in patient safety panels.
