- Support schools on a day-to-day, long-term or permanent basis as a Cover Supervisor.
- Maintain strong communication and classroom management since planning and preparation are not part of this role.
- Be flexible to work across different departments and age ranges within the school.
- Be confident in managing a class of students aged 11 to 16.
- Demonstrate ability to manage behaviour to keep students engaged.
- Flexible to work across different departments and with different age ranges daily.
