Practice Nurse - Sutton

£38,000 - £48,500 per year

A well-established GP surgery in Sutton is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join its friendly and supportive team. The post offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate nurse to deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a full range of practice nursing services, including chronic disease management, childhood and adult immunisations, cervical cytology, wound care, health promotion, and travel health advice.
  • Work closely with GPs, healthcare assistants, and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient-centred care.
  • Be organised, approachable, and confident in working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Commit to continuous professional development and contributing to service improvement.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (NMC Pin)
  • Previous experience in primary care or a practice nursing setting
  • Competence in chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, asthma, COPD) desirable
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
