We’re working with a specialist law firm to find a Marketing Assistant to join their team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their marketing career within a unique and high-profile legal environment. This role would suit an organised, digitally-savvy individual with a passion for communication, events, and content creation especially someone eager to grow their experience in a professional services setting.

The Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of pitch documents and marketing materials to support client development and new business opportunities.
  • Help maintain and update key marketing channels, including the firm’s website, social media platforms, newsletters, and client alerts.
  • Coordinate both online and in-person events such as webinars, seminars, and briefings overseeing invites, attendance, and logistics.
  • Support the upkeep of lawyer profiles and assist with legal directory submissions.
  • Contribute to internal business development meetings and manage contact databases and distribution lists.
  • Liaise with external providers and assist in delivering targeted digital campaigns and promotional content.

The Candidate:

  • Some prior experience in a marketing or business development role, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident using digital tools including website CMS (e.g. WordPress), email marketing platforms (e.g. CreateSend), and Microsoft Office.
  • A working knowledge of social media (particularly LinkedIn) and an interest in video content creation and editing.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and working collaboratively across teams.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
