Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing commercial performance within a digital or streaming environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and track KPIs.
• Experience in financial modelling and business case development.
• In-depth understanding of the digital media landscape and streaming monopolization models.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

• Develop and maintain the overarching streaming performance narrative and plans.
• Establish regular Streaming performance processes.
• Lead commercial assessment and evaluation of initiatives.
• Own benefits tracking processes for insights on performance impact.
• Design and deliver self-serve reporting for Streaming insights.
• Lead forecasting, corporate KPI reporting, and budgeting activities.
• Champion data-driven decision-making and performance culture.
