A leading recruitment agency is seeking x3 Customer Services Advisors in Greater London. These advisors will be the first point of contact for residents, handling housing service inquiries and repairs. Responsibilities include logging information and delivering a high-quality customer-focused service. Applicants should have relevant qualifications or experience in customer service. This temporary role offers a competitive pay rate of £18.50 to £20.00 per hour.

The role focuses on delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service, resolving enquiries at first contact where possible, and ensuring residents receive a timely, positive, and professional response across all communication channels.
Temporary (initial 3 months, with potential to extend)
Full‑time | Monday – Friday | 8–4pm or 9‑5pm (shift rota)
£18.50 – £20.00 PAYE (depending on experience)
